1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a service with Concours Detailing LLC ("Concours Detailing," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling a service.
2. Services
Concours Detailing provides mobile vehicle detailing services at customer-specified locations within our service area. All services are subject to availability. Pricing is as shown on our website and confirmed at booking. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition and any additional services requested at time of service.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of your appointment confirmation email. You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time and location. If access is not available upon arrival, the appointment may be forfeited and a cancellation fee may apply.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service completion. We accept major credit and debit cards (charged via saved payment method or collected on-site), cash, check, and Venmo. No upfront payment or deposit is required to book an appointment. For recurring membership services, billing occurs at the time each service is completed. Gift cards may be applied toward any service and are subject to gift card terms.
5. Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee of up to 25% of the booked service price. No-shows without prior notice may be charged a no-show fee. Weather-related rescheduling initiated by Concours Detailing is always at no charge to you. Please see our full Cancellation Policy for details.
6. Memberships (Concours Club)
Membership plans provide recurring detailing services at the frequency selected at enrollment. Members may skip, pause, or cancel their membership by contacting us or through their account portal, subject to the notice requirements in our Cancellation Policy. Billing occurs per-service at the time of completion, not in advance. Membership pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will make it right at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the quality of detailing services performed and does not cover pre-existing damage, vehicle conditions beyond our control, or issues not related to the detailing service.
8. Limitation of Liability
Concours Detailing is fully insured for mobile detailing services. In the event of damage directly caused by our work, we will address it through our insurance process. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by unsafe vehicle conditions (e.g., rusted areas, flaking trim, cracked or compromised surfaces) that are not disclosed at booking. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered.
9. Your Responsibilities
You agree to: (a) provide accurate vehicle and location information at booking; (b) ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time; (c) disclose any known vehicle conditions that may affect the service; and (d) not use our services for any unlawful purpose.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or by posting on our website.
