Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Here is everything you need to know about cancellations, rescheduling, and weather.
24-Hour Cancellation Window
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule at no charge. You can manage your booking anytime through your account portal, by calling us, or by emailing us.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee of up to 25% of the booked service price. No-shows without prior notice may be charged a no-show fee equal to 25% of the booked service.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is always free with 24 hours' notice. You can reschedule to any available date within 60 days of your original appointment. Rescheduling within 24 hours is treated the same as a late cancellation.
Weather Policy
If weather conditions prevent us from delivering safe, quality service (heavy rain, snow, extreme temperatures), we will contact you in advance to reschedule at no charge. We monitor forecasts closely and prioritize your rescheduled slot.
Membership Cancellation (Concours Club)
Concours Club memberships can be cancelled at any time through your account portal or by contacting us directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. There is no long-term contract.
If you need to pause your membership temporarily (travel, seasonal break), you can pause it for up to 90 days at no charge with 48 hours' notice before your next scheduled service.
Skipping a single scheduled service is allowed with 24 hours' notice at no charge, up to twice per calendar year for monthly members.
