What happens if I need to cancel my membership?

Can I skip a month without canceling?
Yes. Members can skip up to 2 visits per calendar year at no charge by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance. Simply log into your account and mark the upcoming visit as skipped. Your schedule resumes the following cycle automatically.
Can I change the vehicle on my membership?
Absolutely. If you get a new vehicle or want to switch which car receives service, update it in your account. If the new vehicle is a different size category, your membership rate will adjust to match the correct pricing at the next billing cycle.
Does the membership cover add-ons like pet hair removal or seat shampoo?
Base membership pricing covers the full exterior wash and interior detail. Add-ons such as pet hair removal, seat shampoo, headlight restoration, and floor shampoo are available at their standard additional cost. You can add them to any individual visit when you confirm your appointment.
